Eligibility:
This promotion is open to all customers who purchase ONE BAR, ONE BAR BATTERY, ONE BAR PLUS, ONE BAR PLUS BATTERY, with purchases complying with relevant laws, regulations and our company’s sales policies.

How to Participate:
For each product purchased from our stores, customers can receive one scratch card from the store staff with a valid purchase receipt. Each scratch card corresponds to only one purchase and cannot be reused or exchanged.

Scratch Card Rules:
-The scratch card must be scratched open on the spot at the place of purchase, in the presence of our store staff.
-Otherwise, the scratch card will be deemed invalid and cannot be used to participate in the sweepstakes or claim prizes.

Prize Pool Description:
The total value of prizes for this promotion is 100 million pesos, including various types of prizes. The specific prize details are subject to the instructions on the scratch card and the information announced by our company.

Prize Claim Rules
-Winners must present the winning card and valid personal identification (such as ID card, passport, etc.) to the store staff on the spot after scratching the card. After verification and confirmation by the staff, the corresponding prize will be awarded in accordance with the relevant procedures.
-If the winning prize is a physical item, the winner must check and confirm the appearance, quantity and other information of the prize on the spot. Any objections must be raised to the staff immediately; our company will not be responsible for issues related to the appearance or quantity of the prize after the winner leaves the premises.

-If the winning prize is cash, a voucher, etc., the winner must follow the staff’s guidance to complete the relevant prize claim procedures.
-The deadline for claiming prizes is as indicated on the scratch card. Failure to claim the prize within the deadline will be deemed as an automatic waiver of the winning.
-Invalid Cases:
• In addition to scratch cards not scratched open in front of the staff being deemed invalid, the following situations will also render the scratch card invalid:
• The scratch card has been altered, forged, severely damaged, etc., making it impossible to identify relevant information;
• The scratch card is obtained through non-official sales channels of our company;
• Violation of these promotion terms and other relevant regulations of our company.

Limitation of Liability:

Employees of our company and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this promotion to ensure fairness and impartiality. In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.) that makes the promotion unable to proceed normally, our company has the right to suspend, modify or terminate the promotion, and will promptly announce relevant information through official channels.

Governing Law:
This promotion is subject to relevant laws and regulations. Any disputes arising will be resolved in accordance with relevant legal provisions. Our company reserves the final right of interpretation of this promotion within the scope permitted by law.
